Invoice Submission

To receive payment for your services as an Independent Tour Leader, Scholastica Travel requires the following:

• Invoice submission within 30 days of tour completion.
• Primary tour leaders only: Submission of a completed tour leader report and corresponding documents within 30 days of tour completion.

To submit an invoice:

1. Download the Invoice Template.
2. Complete the Invoice Template based on Scholastica Travel’s 2024 Tour Leader Compensation Program.
3. Save the Invoice according to the following scheme: TripID_LastName_First Name  For example, 13147A_Rice_Natalie
4. Upload your invoice below.
